Refund policy
Eligibility
Refunds apply to paid cohort seats and digital packs invoiced by Neural Logic API. Because this website does not process checkout, refunds are handled against the invoice you received after enrollment confirmation.
Timeframe
Request a full refund within 7 days of invoice payment and before the live cohort start date (or before download access is used for self-paced Field Notes packs). Requests after that window are assessed for partial credit only.
Full refund conditions
A full refund is available when (1) the request arrives inside the timeframe above, (2) you have not attended a live session, and (3) downloadable kit files have not been retrieved more than once for preview. Duplicate invoice payments are always refundable in full.
Partial refund conditions
If you withdraw after the cohort starts but before the midpoint, we may issue a partial refund of up to 40% of the seat fee, less any non-refundable facilitator costs stated on the invoice. After the midpoint, seat fees are generally non-refundable.
Non-refundable items
Custom scoping clinics already delivered, Assurance Circle team workshops completed, third-party exam fees (if any appear on an invoice), and bank transfer fees charged by your institution are not refundable.
Refund process
Email contact@neurallogicapi.digital with your invoice number, learner name, program title, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days and outline the amount.
Processing time
Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days of confirmation. Bank posting times vary by institution.
Refund method
Refunds return to the original payment method when possible. Wire payments are refunded by wire to the originating account; you may be asked to confirm account details.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date at no extra fee.
Exceptions
Documented medical emergencies or mandatory military service may qualify for transfer or expanded partial refund outside the standard window at our discretion. Consumer rights under Korean law that cannot be waived remain available.
